SUNPHTEC (Hubei) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2021 as a subsidiary of Beijing Heng'an Guangyuan Trading Co., Ltd., specializing in R&D and production of high-performance film materials. Building on over a decade of deep expertise in the automotive film industry, SUNPHTEC has grown into a modern film manufacturer integrating casting, coating, laminating, and slitting — with an annual capacity of 20 million square meters. Our products are widely used across automotive paint protection films, architectural energy-saving films, furniture surface protection films, and more.
The company holds five international management system certifications — IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 — ensuring full alignment with global standards in quality management, environmental protection, occupational health & safety, and energy management. In terms of production equipment, we have introduced advanced Sumitomo cast lines from Japan and precision coaters from Korea, built Class-1000 cleanrooms, and equipped our lines with online defect detection systems and X-ray thickness closed-loop control devices — ensuring high precision, excellent consistency, and fully controllable processes.
In R&D, SUNPHTEC has established joint laboratories with Wuhan Textile University and Xi'an Aerospace Research Institute, dedicated to new material development and performance optimization. Our R&D team comprises multiple specialized engineers who have filed numerous invention patents, with complete process development capabilities spanning particle modification, base-film casting, and precision coating.
Our product portfolio covers high-performance PPF, architectural window films, furniture protection films, and more. Our PPF products use premium TPU pellets from Lubrizole, BASF, Covestro, and Meri, combined with cross-linked self-healing coating technology — delivering outstanding self-healing, puncture resistance, and anti-yellowing performance. Our architectural films feature multi-layer optical designs that balance high visible light transmittance with strong heat rejection, blocking over 99% of UV radiation.
SUNPHTEC always puts customers first and has established a comprehensive digital quality traceability system. Powered by our ERP platform, every product follows a one-item-one-code protocol — full traceability from raw material to finished goods, ensuring transparent quality and efficient delivery.
